You may return your purchase within 14 working days of receiving the product. To do so, please send the items back together with the completed return form to: Off The Records BV, Albaniëstraat 69, 1060 Brussels (Belgium).
The products must be returned unused, undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days, excluding shipping costs.
If the goods have been used, damaged, or are no longer in their original condition, the right of withdrawal will no longer apply and any additional costs will be borne by the purchaser.
After the 14-working-day withdrawal period has expired, the goods shall be deemed to have been definitively accepted.
